It got quiet on the HDD market since Western Digital has shipped it’s first
2TB external pocklet Hard Drive (read my review). Now, Western Digital
is about to set a new mark and era in hard drives and their usability in
ultrabooks. An added SSD cache of 24GB helps seed up things a lot.

Not only is Titan (a Cray XK7 machine with 17PFlops/s) the fastest
Supercomputer to date but soon it’ll have access to the fastest SAN

Microsoft Windows 8.1 – Back to the roots?

According to some sources, it seems as if Microsoft has recognized that the

Samsung vs. LG

Facebook dropping smartphone plans

Facebook has planned to bring out an own smartphone which puts

So there we have it. The new SimCity didn’t have a lucky start. Time for EA to act

iOS 6.1.3: Darn that security!

So iOS 6.1.3 is out for a couple of days and many users have cheered that
the security flaw where you could bypass the lockscreen was fixed. But
now there’s another security flaw which allows access to the iPhone and

Microsoft sued for 561 million euros

This ain’t good news for Microsoft. Brussels has sued Microsoft for violating
the Browser choice agreement. The main argument was that Mcrosoft has
not shown the Browser Choice windows to all users (which users they are,
is till unknown)! Although I am not a Microsoft Fanboy, this is ridiculous!

AVM goes Gigabit-WLAN

Back healthy after some cold

I am sorry that the news had a longer time until release as I was ill and hardly
