….we’ve been all waiting for. Apple has unveiled it’s
announcement for the upcoming, second event which
we all hope to see the new iPhones presented on. But
not only new iPhones might be shown…
The iPhone 11 Pro is the flagship from Apple when it
comes to smartphones. Apple has invested a lot of
brainpower to equip it with a remarkable camera as
well which is used for professional movie shots.
Possibly a question everyone of us with an iPhone 8 or
newer asks: Is the high price for a broken back glass
rectified? A replacement of the back glass comes in at
549US$ for the X and 599US$ for the 11 Pro.
The iPhone 2G (first iPhone) in 2007 was THE highlight
in the mobile phone scene when Steve Jobs has presented
his idea to the media and public. A phone almost without
physical buttons. JerryRigEverything gets to the innards.
Since iOS13 has implemented a SwipeKeyboard natively,
the need for 3rd party Apps providing you with a swipe
keyboard is no longer necessary. With a recently discovered
bug it might even be a good idea to have them removed.
When Meng Wanzhou was arrested in Canada
accused for industrial spionage her personal
goods were also seized for forensic investigation.
Interesting that she uses an Apple iPhone…
When you speak of Privacy, then mostly the own
data is meant. Where Cloud Services and also
manufacturers of hardware, like Apple or Samsung
point out to be safe, Apple sees their hardware safe!
It seems as if there’s a new “hack” online that allows remote
jailbreaking. A security hole calles “Chaos” in the kernel makes
it possible for malicious websites to jailbreak your phone without
notice and load additional trojans and virusses afterwards.
The iPhone XS series is just out for 3 months, but still there are
already rumors about the upcoming generation of the iPhone.
First leaks have shown a triple-Camera in a caret design with
the soft slope like the iPhone 7/8. But now there’s a new type.
Who remembers Steve Jobs when he presented the first iPhone
in 2007? I guess not many have seen the keynote when Steve Jobs
presented the first iPhone to the public. Here’s the keynote that
changed the smartphone market in no time and made Nokia fade!
With the release of the so-called GrayKey it
seemed as if even the newest iPhones were
prone to being hacked easily. Although there
were some hurdles to take.
So that was the Keynote 2018. Apple has presented
the new iPhone XS (Max) and the XR, the Apple
Watch Series 4 and finally gave out some info about
the upcoming iOS12 and macOS Mojave (10.14)
It seems as if Samsung’s PR department had a bad day
or they simply forgot to re-check the spots before they
released them. However it’s again an immature fight
about who has the better device…
So the new Event is now officially scheduled for
September 12th, 2017. What’s clear is that we will
see a new iphone and a new apple Watch (version).
There’s also a new version of MacOS and iOS to be presented…
When it comes to screen protection for mobile gadgets, you’ll find yourself
on a market where thousands of companies try to get your attention. One
of them is Spigen who were able to get mine. Hardened glass that’s ultrathin
yet scratch-resistant and easy to install. Big words or reality?
Th esecurity hole where you can bypass the security code by dialling an
emergency call number is boggling Apple big time. This video shows how to
test if your device is also affected by the security issue. Even with iOS 6.1.2
the security hole isn’t fixed and I could reproduce the steps on my 4/4S
Of course there are devices who have a builtin charging status indicator.
But few to none have an indicator showing the actual power demand when
charging. In this case I am showing you a charging cable that not only
serves as a data cable but also shows the current flow into your device.
Not one year without new gadgets for technic enthusiasts. So is 2013 also no
exception and the first gadgets have already been shown on the CES or at
least announced. So let’s start: The Huawei Ascend Mate, a smartphone-tablet
with a 6.1 inch display will hit stores approx in March 2013.
Well… when you hear “Treat your iPhone like a raw egg”, what would you do?
Right: Bumper, cover, soft cloth, careful usage and all the stuff so that this
hitech gadget won’t suffer any harm. In this case, a guy took the figure of
speech the wrong way. And what do you do with raw eggs?
So the WWDC is over, the news are spread and this is what it brought to
you. At first, we have the iPhone 5 which is, as expected, an iPhone4-
similar device slightly higher, thinner, and with a new display size.
The other devices presented: the new iPod nano and iPod touch.
Today in about 7 hours, Apple will open doors to it’s Keynote event in
California, USA. The long awaited (new) iPhone (5) will be presented.
With it, also the iPad mini will celebrate its debute to fire against Kindle
and other small form factor tablet PCs. So what will the new iPhone be?
When it comes to a new iOS version, there’s also a new iDevice on the roll.
In this case, the update could introduce the new iPhone as well. Or maybe
the AppleTV? No one knows for sure but what’s great for those waiting for
the newest iGadgets, can also be great news for those with actual iDevices.
iPhone-thefts are as old as the iPhone itself. Steve Job’s breakthrough on the
smartphone market introduced a smartphone with touchscreen and arose
the other manufacturers to issue their new gadgets with touchscreen also.
With the release of iCloud however, iPhone theft got more difficult for thieves.
When it comes to Siri, you remember the iPhone 4S introducing this feature.
You can ask Siri any question and most of them are adequately answered.
The question about “Will you marry me” for example is being answered with
“Sorry, but my Terms of use do not cover marriage”.
Long-awaited and probably the most-feared iPhone-Killer, the Galaxy S3 will
be unpacked and officially presented to the public in Loondon. There are lots
of speculations about the design, equpment and general specifications about
Samsung’s new flagship. However the excitement is still there.
Seems as if there’s still room for inventions when it comes to the iPhone. But
this gadget is sort of special: It can withstand a pistol bullet with no problem!
I still doubt that one would survive a collision with a Desert Eagle .50 pro-
jectile as the kinetic power that comes from the bullet is extreme!
So you think your private data stored on your smartphone is secure? No one
can get access to your phone anyways? You have an antitheft-system active?
Well good to know that you seem to have taken all precautions to stop others
to access your smartphone and it’s data. But did you know that’s not enough?

photo editing never been a topic on older cellphones (probably
due to the weak CPUs) do newer cellphones allow photo editing.

Good day, fellow readers. Today there’s another issue about my
installed Apps. Today’s overview deals with network tools. Now
you may ask yourself, why on earth should I have network tools
on my iDevice?
Hi there! As I stated yesterday, I’ll start a series of reviewing Apps
for iDevices Today I am showing the next category on my iPhone,
called “Media”. This deals with Apps that work with Media files,
such as Audio or Video. Simple as that.
