It seems as if there’s a new “hack” online that allows remote
jailbreaking. A security hole calles “Chaos” in the kernel makes
it possible for malicious websites to jailbreak your phone without
notice and load additional trojans and virusses afterwards.

To fend off this problem, Apple has released iOS 12.1.3 that addresses this issue (and others). All devices up to the newest iPad and iPhone XS are vulnerable if on iOS12.1.2 or older.

So if you haven’t updated your iDevice yet, you’re good to go for an update now and have this security hole patched before something worse might happen to your iDevice and/or your secured data on it when browsing a website especially prepared to use the “Chaos” security hole.
