It seems as if Samsung has trouble with almost every bigger company that
seals with electronics. Now it’s LG who has sent inspectors to the offices of
Samsung to search for patent violations. LG states that it is a bit odd that
Samsung is releasing big-size OLEDs nearly at the same time as LG does.

One thing we like about Amazon is the uncomplex way of ordering things
on the internet and have them delivered home. No more walking around
in the rain no more waithing at the cash register and easy browse&search
on the homepage for specific items. But in Germany there’s grey clouds.

It seems as if there are some rogue divers around who want to take Africa
offline. The Egyptian coastguard has captured 3 divers who were about to
cut the underwater line connection. As the repair of such a cable is often
very complex and expensive, the avoidance of such incidents is crucial!

The internet grows, the internet offers much more media than ever before.
Games are no longer delivered on physical media. Programs run off the
cloud service. Everything gets based on the internet more and more. What
sounds good for us, may be bad for users of T-Online. The reason: Cutbacks!

Well… nowadays, servers don’t produce as much heat as their older

The first day at the CeBIT was a huge success for a technician like me. All the
stuff dealing with IT and the server techiques around are an El Dorado there. I
could gather a lot of information for my job, too and it’s no surprise that I found
the companies of the software used at my employer.

This ain’t good news for Microsoft. Brussels has sued Microsoft for violating
the Browser choice agreement. The main argument was that Mcrosoft has
not shown the Browser Choice windows to all users (which users they are,
is till unknown)! Although I am not a Microsoft Fanboy, this is ridiculous!

Harsh times that are ahead of the U.S. economy. While the last months have
helped many companies to catch ground again, it seems as if this time’s over
and bad times ahead again. The reason for this? The active Sequester Plan.
But not only this plan is responsible for the upcoming desaster.

Yes, I know, it’s boring to read again about some copyright infringement.
And yes I am also bored, too. But maybe this is a way to show why money
still rules the world and why people are willing about to give up their soul
for something that usually isn’t worth fighting for.

Travelling can be dangerous. Especially into regions not as evolved as the

It seems as if the USA have only one option to evade the debt crisis. Allow
more debts. The republicans have proposed, that the debt border line shall
be expanded with no limit until May, 18th to buy more time to find a way out
of the debt crisis. Is this the right way? Interesting is another passus.

It seems as if the EU had enough of all the wild west shoots from the US rating

ting agencies took every news as a chance to re-rate european countries.

The USA have a big problem. The problem is money. The USA is missing 16
trillion of it actually. So what’s the way to solve this misery? One thing might
be the issue of a platinum coin with a nominal value of, let’s say 1 trillion.
Issuing 16 of these and selling them to the FED would virtually solve the prob.

So ebay has changed it’s logo after 17 years. But that’s not all: The fees for
an auction are risen also. So while the max capping for an auction was 45
euros, it’s now 75 Euros. The fee for a successful auction is 9% of the bid
price. An item sold for 100 Euros for example has a fee of 9 Euros.
