Ain’t no good day for the big three. Lucy Koh has ordered the three CEOs
of the respective companies into court so that they can state against the
charges of several IT businesses in SiliconValley. As the statement says,
There were llegal price fixings among the three concerning employment.

So have Apple, Google and Intel set standards, smaller IT companies could not withstand and lost several employees to the big three.

The lawsuit is set for February 2013, therefore the process may start on November 2013.

Until then, the accused companies have to state their comments and eventually evade the lawsuit.

For once it’s not about the violation of patents that drag them back to the court.
