Update,changes,fixes,so much stuff in general to do.
As you might have noticed, there’s a lot of things
happening here. With the security issues of late web
applications and even back-end services it is extreme.

We simply haven’t got the time to properly maintain this blog in the past. With some contributors also leaving, this blog is extremely difficult to be managed by one person alone, let alone by two persons, of which one is not that tech savvy. And the guy behind this blog also is extremely loaded with work, so updates aren’t happening that often, neither with blog entries nor technic-wise. However upon critical flaws, updates will happen in the background and be applied as soon as possible.

So anyway if you wonder where the ratings have vanished, well, we removed the option to rate the content. The plugin that supported the ratings got a major update and broke the entire layout of the blog plus it removed the feature to use custom images as rating levels. Also we do not have the time to maintain the rating database anymore and to be honest, only 2 to 3 persons used that feature in general, so why bother having a rating system then. one less database table in the back end to manage and keep tidy.

Anyways, don’t be worried about the lack of activity on this blog. Personal reasons are the base for that and it does not mean that this blog will no longer see any updates. They will be less frequent, however!
