Drunken ship crew hit nuclear submarine

Maybe funny, maybe not. But this one just came into my mailbox sent by one of my
best friends. (Thanks Christopher for this one!). It seems as the crew of a fishing ship
was so drunken that they didn’t notice the submarine being at surface firing
signal rockets. The reason why the ship has hit the submarine without slowing…

Tegra 3 – First specs released

Seems as if NVidia always drags out another ace when it comes to processor
power. The brandnew Tegra 3 is a special processor indeed. dualcore, tricore
quadcore, hexacore, octocore. All sounds impressive. But ever heard of a
pentacore? No? Me neither. But it seems, NVidia has found another way…

Gadhafi not found due to secret car?

It sounds like a sci-fi novel. A modified 4×4 car, high-tech radio frequency jamming
technology, stealth-ability, highly-armored – a real moving fortress!
They say that the car itself is jamming any kind of electric device within 100 metres
(approx. 300 feet) using microwave and radio frequency at high power rate.

Such a sh*t! No toilet paper!

This reeks! Pupils of an elementary school in Saxony-Anhalt (Germany) are
from now on forced to bring their own toilet paper. Why? because some
sh*theads thought, it’s a good idea to clog the toilet by throwing in complete
toiletpaper rolls or other paper that soaks full and clogs the drain.

An Apple-news a day = shameless promo!

You know… I really appreciate good devices, good design and technical perfection.
Apple is one of those companies who come up with really good gadgets that enrich your
life. But when you read about something to come up in the future all day and everywhere
then I can’t help to think that it is a shameless and cost-efficient promotion.

Gheez… snowfall at 1000m above sea level

Well… looks like the summer is slowly passing as today it was rather cold. The weather
forecasts brought up that in the eastern parts of switzerland, snowfall border has
lowered to a mere 1000 metres above sea level. This meant chaos at Gotthard- and

Sandisk finally did it… too!

Remember when I posted about the first SDXC microSD card from Lexar in

have done the same and announces these little giant cards as well. At a MSRP
of about 219 US$ / 159 € / 199 CHF these cards are fair calculated.

Curiosities… this time the Islam again!

Well, you certainly have heard about the rumors that came up when Switzerland had
their people vote for or against the minaret (the small tower where the Muezzin shouts
of when he calls for the prayers of his landsmen). As the swiss people voted “No” on the
minaret, the whole islamistic union was against Switzerland and the swiss people.
