A bomb there, a grenade here…

…has the world gone berzerk in the last days and weeks?!? Yesterday a car bomb in
Ankara, Turkey killed approx 50 persons. The damage is tremendous. Today some
crazy guy throws a mortar-grenade at a courthouse in Amsterdam, also causing
lots of damage but fortunately no persons were harmed. So what comes next?
