It seems to be a black day for Apple. The courts in Germany have decided that Apple
violates a patent of Motorola that deals with GPRS. Apple still seems to be calm yet
announced to take further actions against the verdict. Apple also doesn’t see it’s christmas
business endangered although Apple is currently not allowed to release new devices.

It seems as if the german sister of the IFPI finally makes life easier for online music stores.
The new contract foresees that for each music title a fee of 6 to 9 cents will be payable.
Also customers may profit from this contract as the preview snippets may now be 90
seconds in length instead of 30 seconds.

It seems as ifAMD is near release of the new generation 7 Graphics cards cards
(Codename Southern Island). So it seems as if the cards are almost the same length as their
older sisters (AMD Radeon 6xxx). However the GPU will be manufactured in 28nm process
allowing higher speeds/clocks while still decreasing power consumption.

All you’ve got to do is to fork out about 65’000 simoleons. Quite expensive
but the 12 days travel includes a first-class catering, a three-hours dive to the
wreck with a show-around and after the dive you get back to a hotel to enjoy
the rest of the vacation with a real luxury lunch and all it takes around.

Three words you can’t do anything with? Well, this blog will deal with spices,
their hotness and what’s it like to have tried out a hotness of 1 million scoville

Yikes! When you think of Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche & Co., you also think of $$$!
And lots of them! On December 4th, 13 cars were part of an accident due to massively
speeding! Instead of driving with 80 km/h, the drivers decided to raise their speed to
estimated 150 km/h. And even the wet and slippery street did not stop them to do so!

Well… it’s december now but when you look outside, the green meadows and
rather warm temperatures don’t make you feel the winter coming at all. Now
while Switzerland usually tends to have the first snow in November-beginning
this year the snow has some hold-up. Maybe a hint from global warming?

Things you shouldn’t do when you’re drunk are for example: Driving! DUI is a
crime in most countries of the earth. This Camaro driver however still chose
to drive home fully loaded. Bad luck that he too the wrong “target” to stop his
car. The hit target was nothing less than a police car doing DUI checks!

This dog seems to have had one too much. Unluckily, this hairy friend chooses
to stand in a rather unfortunate location, namely a small puddle. When tired-
ness does it’s magic also, the result is a unwanted-wet dog. I guess, he’d stay
away from puddles for some time – especially when he’s on a hangover…

A rough day for the Euro is coming ahead. Within 10 days the currency will
again face a very rough wind as Italy has announced that it will probably need
400 billion(!) Euro out of the rescue bond. This is more than double the money
Greece has claimed! So what will be the result out of this?

Racism, hatred… face it! Wherever you go, there’s at least someone who lives
patriotism the false way. In the following video, I was shocked about a young
woman with child complaining about immigrants and black people in London.
Delicate: She complained in a full suburb train with some black people!

Seems, Microsoft is trying to bring out a similar feature, called TellMe, as Apple

ground, it kills all life that tries to pass the freeze border. A spectacular

Well, the weather is kinda odd this year. Horror news about increasing climatic temps,

temperatures are rather mild for November. So hopefully winter will still come.
