It seems as if the wait is finally over and getting a date. While the date was
previously set something around February 2013, the date is now March, 5th
2013 and thus more specific. Next to WoW: Mists of Pandaria and Diablo 3 for
2012, this game lines up for the most-anticipated game of the year 2013.

New things that have been reported, are multiplayer mode, which allows you to connect your city to other’s cities and thus allowing a new dimension of economical exchange and simulation.

However there’s no information about if you will be able to play offline. Recent sources reported that you’ll be in need of a permanent connection to the Origin network of EA in order to play.
