The powerful e-mail client Thunderbird from the Mozilla
Foundation has been released in the new version 60. Not
only has the engine undergone some major renewals, also
the look&feel now fits to Firefox 60+ (Photon design UI)
It seems as if Mozilla’s Firebird project dies not yield the results it is
supposed to. So officially, Thunderbird will no longer be actively
developed and equipped with new features. Features are now only
included when users bring in the necessary program code.
Again, it seems as I have discovered some lacks in Microsoft’s IE. The browser
seems not able to handle CSS3 up to version 9 properly. The result? A really odd
looking button and pagination buttons. This blog will show you what happens,
when browsers do not comply with actual HTML and CSS standards.
So… there we have it… the new version of Firefox… AGAIN! Not only have
I updated to Version 6 only 1 month ago, no, I also had to update all the
plugins as well and not every plugin has been transcoded to be compatible
with version 6 yet. I understand the frustration of users AND programmers!
