Apple – Time to say more
The event has begun and with it, there will be live blogging available.
Please feel free to follow the live blog event from within the entire

Sorry for any inconveniences in between. The live blog plugin didn’t perform that well sometimes. So when a live blog event is finished, it’ll be replaced into the blog’s native HTML code to provide the usual functionality!
09.09.2014 – 20:59
So it seems, the official part is over. The iPhone 6 was the most anticipated item in the last days. The Apple Watch has set new standards for smartphones but AppleTV and a new iPad Air 2 has not been presented. They may follow later on.
09.09.2014 – 20:52
Now U2 is taking over the stage.
09.09.2014 – 20:49
With the Developer Kit for Apple Watch, the list of features grows by time. Something Android SmartWatches did suffer in the past as their system is less flexible at the moment. Another reason why it relies on an iPhone 5/6 as a host.
09.09.2014 – 20:46
While Apple Watch will be a key for some hotel’s rooms, it is intended that Apple Pay will also work with Apple Watch
09.09.2014 – 20:44
now there’s some word about pricing: 349 US$ and it’ll be available at Q1 2015.
09.09.2014 – 20:43
Apple’s new Health App will allow you to track your personal activity over time. And with the new iPhone 6 Plus it’ll be even more one-view!
09.09.2014 – 20:41
Allthough the Apple Watch has a lot of technics running in the background, it’ll need an iPhone to work properly.
09.09.2014 – 20:34
Yet there’s not an info about availability or the price of this little fracker…
09.09.2014 – 20:32
And when using navigation, you get a tactile feedback on your wrist! Subtle yet effective
09.09.2014 – 20:32
Even Apple’s Maps app finds it’s way onto Apple Watch. In combination with Siri it is a powerful device
09.09.2014 – 20:28
Siri also assists you on Apple Watch!
09.09.2014 – 20:19
Sorry for the late Live updates. Seems as if the Apple server has problems delivering the content constantly!
09.09.2014 – 20:18
No open charging contacts and a MagSafe™-like system. No breaking cradle. Hassle-free clock charging!
09.09.2014 – 20:16
2 sensors and 2 LED emitters detect your pulse
09.09.2014 – 20:16
Apple watch is driven by the all new S1 processor (SoC)
09.09.2014 – 20:09
Not known on iPhone 6, the Apple Watch cover glass will be sapphire! And even though the glass will be extremely hard, it’ll be sensitive to force!
09.09.2014 – 20:04
Being extremely precise (50ms time asyncroneousness from time servers!) this clock won’t suffer the problems, other smartwatches will probably deal with
09.09.2014 – 20:02
Apple Watch will be the answer on Samsung’s SmartWatch, LGs G2 and other smartwatches.
09.09.2014 – 20:00
Allthough it’s not a round design, the watch still looks alluring!
09.09.2014 – 19:55
Apple Pay is arriving. Finally use NFC to do your business. Do payments as with your PayPass credit cards.
09.09.2014 – 19:45
All in all the new iPhone 6 looks great and battery times have slightly increased without the loss of functionality!
09.09.2014 – 19:42
On Sept 12th, 2014 you can preorder the iPhone 6 in Europe’s bigger countries and of course the U.S.A.
On September 19 it is supposed to ship.
Following there are three pics underlining the camera performance:
09.09.2014 – 19:40
iPhone 6 (Plus) comes with 16/64 and 128 GB! starting from 199/299 US$ and ending at 399/499 US$
09.09.2014 – 19:38
No more standard messages: Add pics, recorded messages and (cool thing IMHO) geolocations to them! all with the flick of one finger!
09.09.2014 – 19:38
TouchID goes all Apps now! That was a feature I’d been hoping for!
09.09.2014 – 19:37
Both iPhone 6 will be rolled out with iOS8 (of course!)
09.09.2014 – 19:36
The camera features 8 megapixels with an all-new sensor that makes focusing even easier and enabling you doing great shots with less hassle. The f2.2 lens makes pictures much colorful.
09.09.2014 – 19:28
LTE is now boosted to Cat4, meaning 150 Mbps down and upstream. Not Cat6 as expected but the chip still works well with over 200 carriers worldwide and supports VoLE which means you can make phone calls over LTE providing even clearer speech quality!
09.09.2014 – 19:20
Interesting to see that the display resolutions are better than expected: the iPhone 6 can use 1334×750 (720p+) and the iPhone 6 Plus will have a full HD display! Great one here! Really like to see native 1080p support on the 5.5″ model!
09.09.2014 – 19:19
Again the processor (A8 and M8) have better performance. Up to 25% processing power and 50% graphics power!
09.09.2014 – 19:11
Like on some Nokia phones, the cover glass now smoothly integrates into it’s thinner body
09.09.2014 – 19:00
