The fight never stops… As Apple and Samsung have a still ongoing patent
fight, there seems another light ray for Samsung. As recently known, the
jury seems not to have checked the validity of Apple’s patents properly.
The questions concerning the check process have not been answered.

This way, Samsung now tries to habe the verdict revoked by the judge Lucy Koh who has recently been sentencing Samsung to pay 1 billion US$ for violating Apple’s patents after the jury has spoken Samsung guilty.

Another case of misjudgement or wrong patriotism? Nobody knows for sure…
