The Fight between Apple and Qualcomm is still ongoing but
Apple found a way to circomvent the sale prohibition spoken
in favor to Qualcomm in December 2018. Now you can get the
“old” series iphones again using Qualcomm modems.

Although it seems as if Apple has found an agreement with Qualcomm at the end, Apple clearly states that they did use Qualcomm modems in their devices just to ensure that these types of Phones are still available to the consumer.

Apple still is planning to use Intel in the future and already designing own chips for the cellular network transmission.

So even if Qualcomm has won this little fight, they lost the war within!
