USB goes Version 4

USB4 is on the road and has just been presented at
the CES. While USB3.1 Gen2 is limited to 10Gbps,
USB4 starts at 20Gbps and will also have 40Gbps.
Thunderbolt 4 will be USB4 but with all features.
