So the final word in one lawsuit against Samsunghas been spoken. While Apple
also has other fights against Samsung, the one about the Galaxy Tab 10.1 N is
now at an end in favor to Samsung. The german courthouse in Düsseldorf has
decided that the marginal changes of the design are sufficient.

A stop of the sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 N is now off the table. Of course Apple can re-enroll the case again but it would cost a lot of money to do so and in the meantime, Samsung will sell lots of their Tablet.

For Apple, this is throwing in good money after bad money. Doesn’t make much sense anyways.
