Today, Megaupload has been officially reported to be busted by the FBI as MPAA, RIAA
and mayor labels have claimed for big losses due to copyright violations, Megaupload has
probably done. Several persons have been taken into custody for further audition.
According to the lawsuit, the media industry claims for $500 million.

Megaupload, also known as a file hoster and probably streaming portal for pornography and movies (and therefore holding several other domains, which have all been seized by now), is now down. The initiator, known as Kim Schmitz, who possesses citizenship for Hong Kong and Germany, and several co-workers have been incarcerated for fraud, copyright violation and illegal money transfer actions.

Most of the operative surplus, estimated of $175 million has been invested in material goods (Cars, electronic devices, luxury items, etc.), which have also been seized by now.

Kim Schmitz will face rough times now, that’s for sure!
