Apple seems to address a lot of bugs that still keep being
a nuisance to users using devices with iOS13. The newest
release just before 13.2 is another small hotfix which now
addresses Bluetooth connections constantly dropping.

Most affected users are those using Bluetooth for car entertainment system integration i.e. using Siri and Apple Car Connection to access the functions of iOS from the car media system. Another nuisance was the missing notification of incoming calls i.e. by signal or vibration. The new patch is going to fix this. Another bugfix is also the correct notification and message push to Apple Watch which seems to have had flaws as well.

A cosmetical fix is the faster launch of GameCenter and the login behind which could slow down the launch of games using GameCenter as savegame synchronization.
