It’s not often that you see officers let their fists speak prior to
using their gun. In this case, the “officer” was a short-tempered
woman who ordered the witnesses of an accident on a mall
ground not to take pictures or film the accident.

One woman however refused to follow the officer’s order and took some clobbering. Interestingly to see that the woman didn’t give up… with a surprising end-up later on!

But watch for yourself and judge:

P.S.: The  very same officer got laid off later as she has violated her competence borders too far… – What do we learn? – A Mall guard has no competence to act as a police officer and therefore should know when to stop and call the real police for assistance…

This incident took place at the Ohio Valley Mall in St. Clairsville.
