Small embedded systems are omnipresent today.
Routers, IoT devices, household devices, every-
where where IT is necessary you will most likely
find a mini-PC embedded in those devices.
The VoCore21 is another mini-PC in the style of Raspberry Pi, yet it’s very tiny. on the size of a stamp you will find the basic headers to attach a USB power connector and MiniSD reader. The Ultimate version that is the size of a mini cube of 3cm, you will also have an audio jack, microUSB connector, Ethernet 10Base100 Port and a microSD reader slot.
Mainly aimed to be a router (yes you read right!) it comes with OpenWRT preinstalled. Yet you can use this mini-PC on steroids to even play Doom on it if you attach an 800×480 LCD panel to it’s header connectors!
