On friday there were big news about Logitech merging
with Plantronics. Now the deal is off as neither
Plantronics nor Logitech could agree about the price
for which Plantronics should be merged with Logitech.

So for now nothing will change and Logitech won’t sell Plantronics devices in the future.

After the deal being canceled Logitech shares are pointing back to the level they had on friday.

When NYSE will start trading (3pm CET) the effects on the Plantronics stock might be visible but it’s expected that they will also go down eventhough the CEO of Plantronics says that business runs as expected.
