As it got official, Samsung Display Corp. was victim of industry leakage.
A worker from an competitor has sent out information about the OLED
Production process at Samsung. For 170.000 dollars the spy has given
valuable information about OLED production to the rival company.

Although this leakage is massive, the OLED Production yet is in its beginning. While Samsung still has to deal with stability issues of a mask layer, LG already seems to have found a better way to produce large OLED screens…

The consumer however won’t see Big OLED TV sets in the near future nor for a reasonable price tag.
