In this case, the &#8220;officer&#8221; was a short-tempered<br \/>\nwoman who ordered the witnesses of an accident on a mall<br \/>\nground not to take pictures or film the accident.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->One woman however refused to follow the officer&#8217;s order and took some clobbering.
