The Hoster and Dept. of\u00a0 Justice agree that the files shall be deleted<br \/>\nas the running costs are enormous. The attorneys of MegaUpload and the<br \/>\nMPAA want to keep the files. Both to use them for law-related purposes.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->However the DoJ still thinks that 37&#8217;000 US$ per month is too much to have the US citizen to pay for it and wants the files deleted as they have already made a copy of the files.<\/p>\n<p>MPAA has decided to keep the files to start more lawsuits against uploaders. It seems now as they only do not want the uploaded videos to be shared again. Megaupload&#8217;s attorneys want the files kept to proove MegaUpload&#8217;s innocence.<\/p>\n<p>In two weeks there&#8217;s another audit on how to proceed with the enormous file size and files and how to tear down the costs that are actually running up for the hoster.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It seems as if MegaUpload&#8217;s files are still safe as the four parties still can&#8217;t agree.
