Has the January been too warm<br \/>\n(approx. 4 degrees over the average meridian), so are temperatures rarely breaking the<br \/>\n-10 degrees barrier in the upcoming days. Metereologists say it isn&#8217;t too uncommon for<br \/>\nFebruary to be that cold, however it is uncommon after such a warm January.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->Let&#8217;s see what the cold weather zone from Russia will bring us.
