The man got incarcerated into isolation confinement and<br \/>\nwas not allowed to consult an attorney at law nor a doctor. Even worse:<br \/>\nHe was not even allowed to take his depression-easing medicine. <\/p>\n<p><!--more-->A medicine that helped him with his depressions! After 2 years, the man finally was released.<\/p>\n<p>The State of New Mexico will have to pay $22 million dollars to the man lately for the errors made.
