\"\"Sometimes it’s necessary to sweep off the dust that
\ncollects on a website or blog. We’re also undergoing
\nsome major cleanup here and hope that you won’t
\nstumble upon dead links, broken pics and the like.<\/p>\n

After about 8 years this blog has collected over 1300 posts with almost 5000 links. What doesn’t sound much is in fact a lot of work if the blog is run by few people or maintained by me as the main poster.<\/p>\n

So I thought, why not grab a broom and go through all the stuff, even the oldest posts with the assistance of some good plugins that help you detect defective links, ressources and other stuff.<\/p>\n

The result cs a clean, fully-working blog.<\/p>\n

This is necessary so that people won’t be scared off from dead links and other non-working stuff.<\/p>\n

It took almost 3 months to recheck all the stuff, trying to fetch old stuff and “arcive” it here and make everything work again.<\/p>\n

We all think that this blog is a long-running website that needs attention and while the others are rather quiet for the moment (due to family stuff) I’ll keep you up to date with news, stuff and thoughts I find on the web.<\/p>\n
