Now the deal is off as neither<br \/>\nPlantronics nor Logitech could agree about the price<br \/>\nfor which Plantronics should be merged with Logitech.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->So for now nothing will change and Logitech won&#8217;t sell Plantronics devices in the future.<\/p>\n<p>After the deal being canceled Logitech shares are pointing back to the level they had on friday.<\/p>\n<p>When NYSE will start trading (3pm CET) the effects on the Plantronics stock might be visible but it&#8217;s expected that they will also go down eventhough the CEO of Plantronics says that business runs as expected.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On friday there were big news about Logitech merging with Plantronics.
