These two<br \/>\nguys in Brooklyn, NY seem not very happy about the ticket. Time to act!<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->While the driver is arguing with the traffic warden about the ticket, the assistant seems to have an idea. The method is rather strange but funny also. That&#8217;s only possible in the USA! In germany you&#8217;d get a BIG slip for destroying state property.
