Today, Universal has filed lawsuit against Grooveshark, a music streaming service.
Universal claims rights to about 100.000 songs that are available in Grooveshark’s
song library making the lawsuit monetary value up to 100 million US dollars. Crazy stuff!

finally able to witness such an event myself in Bern. The Bundeshaus is the stage.
The 17 minutes presentation shows the history of Switzerland and how the swiss
confederation assembled over the years. Spectacular to see!
It seems that this young man has spent much time on his NES/SNES.

male the ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec) available to all programmers.
They plan to release the full sourtce code and API to the interested.
You know the old 3.5 inch floppy drives? Rather useless today in the time of
USB sticks, SSD and optical disks. However they can still be used for making

That’s what I call talented: This ventriloquist and puppeteer has his puppet
under full control. Like his audience that laughs and claps with the music
going. Today you rarely see such good ventriloquists and pupeteers. I think,
this métier is going to get forgotten about more and more…
Today, when I was in Freiburg, I stumbled upon a

Today I am writing about a new Game I discovered in the PSN store. So
I downloaded the demo to play it for some time and see if I like it. It
took approx 30 minutes of gaming and I decided to spend 15 CHF
for the game as it is really catching and making you play several hours.
Today, the news have spread the word that Amy Winehouse has been found dead in her
house in London. After some investigation it seems that the 27-years-old singer has died
of an overdose of drugs. Speculations say that she wanted to kill her heartache (maybe
she had a new love who left her due to whatever reason…
Usually concerts are something great one would
