Usually, you see buildings collapse when ehavy loaded or overloaded.
Especially parking houses have several warnings that they may not be
overloaded or have a certain amount of weight on a predefined area.

about a new skyscraper prtoject in Asia. The Building looks like
a smaller version of the Twin Towers from New York. The small
