Weirdstuff you can find on Youtube. In this case it deals with Halloween which
is a rich-celebrated holiday in the USA. Were standard jackolanterns the his-
torical lighting methods for housefronts and far from spectacular, so has LED
become an interesting place there now. The video says more then 1000 words!

And on Sunday there’s also a new Apple message. One that might shock you.
Apple, usually known for their real closed-source attitude has decided to
male the ALAC (Apple Lossless Audio Codec) available to all programmers.

So… when checking the web again, I found something really disturbing!
The iPhone 4S is yet really desired and waiting times for Apple’s newest
smartphone is at up to three weeks. One of it’s most advertized features:
Siri! Apple says that Siri is demanding lots of CPU power. True?

purchased game online. Activate it? Yes, you read right, also EA has started
the crap with online activation à la Ubisoft & Co. – So playing Battlefield 3
without a working activation Server and Origin? Well… T. s.!

Another video today catched my attention. Car drivers know them and they
hate them: Parking meters! Especially when they run out and just in this
moment a traffic warden happens to pass by to give you a ticket. These two
guys in Brooklyn, NY seem not very happy about the ticket. Time to act!

This video shows well why you should double-check objects you plan to put
your bodyweight on as otherwise material-failure could lead to serious
injury. But this guy also wanted to be a show-off to his colleague. In this
case the show-off competition went the wrong way. Serves him right!

I think, Dostojevski would be once more proven right with his provocative
book title “The idiot”. But in this case, two russians couldn’t help it to annoy
a wandering crab. The crab found a way to exact revenge on the one guy
who picked it up. But watch for yourself:

People eat different food on different continents. You probably have heard of
people eating worms, locusts and other rather disgusting “meals”. In this case
it seems that the video channel ownler likes fresh and live food!

Apple has done many lawsuits in the past. And one was about their logo where
it was hard for me to find similarities that may infringe with patents or copy-
rights of the Apple company in Cupertino (read here). This time I think, they’ve
gone too far! A small tea room owner got sued for her logo she has patented.

What’s the best advertisement you can have today? TV? No! Radio? Probably!
Newspapers and magazines? Probably… but the best public advertisement is,
in my opinion, the Internet and independent blogs. But the PR department of
Sony Ericcson seems to have missed the time shifting and the modern times.

Usually, gameshows follow only one motto (at least they do in the western
countries): Win, win, win, win (by solving quizzes, tasks or other stuff).
However in the land of the rising sun, it seems that public humiliation is
ignored when the dough is calling. So seen on YouTube…

This strange video shows that the holder (italian guy according to the italian

brushes in the washing facility cannot remove. But the interior of the car?

Usually, Boards tend to acoustically notify you about a forecoming collapse.
The following video shows that a shelf, that has worked fine for 31 years, can

Today, the phone gets 150 years old. Johann Philipp Reis, a german physicist and inventor
brought out a device that was able to transmit sound using an apparatus that simulates the

Yesterday, Rosiv has shown me impressive videos of lightshow projected on

thus add a 3D effect on it. On August 19th and 20th 2011 at Georgentor in
Dresden there was the Intel Visibly Smart Experience Lightshow 3D .

Although The one day was real short for a tour thru Bern, I decided to show Rosiv
some places I really like about Bern. So our tour mostly went thru the old town of

Turkeys are shy birds… indeed. However one bird, called the “Terrible Tim”

Nothing special, you may say? I agree with you in most times. You see them almost on
every fair, even at parties they appear more and more. So why this blog entry then if
they’re not so special? Since these gingerbread-hearts get manufactured by machine
more and more, all that has to be done, is the sugar-frame and inscript to be applied to it.

…which old witch, the wicked witch. And so on… Well, the song, originally seen

Impossible, you say? Well, seems not. In Switzerland at higher exposed locations, the
temperatures have dropped below zero. Snow fell down under 1000 metres and in some
locations, the fresh snow amount was 70 cm and up. A cold wave from the north brought
polar air to the south over Europe and temperatures have dropped by 15 to 25 °C.
